C.O.R.E. Wellness is an intensive, confidential 12-week program that provides services for individuals struggling with a mental illness. We offer support for those who have gained stability with their symptoms and may need to build skills necessary to manage the responsibilities of daily life. We serve as an alternative to long-term psychiatric hospitalization or as an intensive support for those recently discharged from a hospital setting. We work with each individual to create a recovery plan that is built around individual goals to maintain mental health stabilization.
C.O.R.E. Wellness utilizes a combination of educational materials, group exercises, role-play activities and group discussions.
C.O.R.E. Components Include:
- Mental Health Awareness
